Found this company on my local Craigslist. Selling brand new Tao Tao Chinese scooters for $699 completely assembled and delivered for an extra $25. I thought hey ok great. I've had my scooter less than a full 30 days. Already had to replace a leaky fuel filter and now my tail light and brake light won't work. Thinking it was a bulb I bought the replacement I needed. I go to change it and see it is actually fine but the brake light assembly socket is burnt out. I have tried for over a week to contact this company at the number provided and cannot get anyone on the phone. Though factory defects aren't their fault, not picking up the phone, returning my text or honoring the warranty is. All claims must go through the dealer so how can I make a claim if they don't answer the phone? I don't recommend buying from them as its more hassle than it's worth.
