I've ordered enough parts from this place that the value of my bike is now probably less than the value of the mods on it. That said, I've always gotten solid parts and good service from these guys. You might pay a little bit more shopping here (and shipping is hit or miss on cost, so w/e), but it's nice having one location I can go to for parts. Also, you can find things elsewhere individually, but I like being able to pay a little bit more to get something as a full kit, so I know I'm not forgetting anything. They also have guides done up for most of your common mods, and I've gone back to their suspension guide many, many times when working on my front forks.
Very knowledgable about Yamaha products. They treat your bike like it is their bike. Not anymore expensive then the dealer.
Great place to get your bike fixed
BUYER BEWARE! These guys are OK with selling defective product! I purchased a wiring harness and upon inspection there was a nick in the insulation of the wiring. I contacted them by email requesting a small chunk of heat shrink to quickly repair myself. After a day and no reply I contacted Michael by phone who advised me to return for an exchange, which I did; a delay in my project. 6 days later I just got off the phone with Carl Nagy who said he was customer service (he would not let me talk to the manager) and he stated that the nick in the harness (which he didn't deny was there) was of no consequence. I did get a full refund, but Carl stated that their quality control was not as good as mine and that they could not meet my expectations.
