We called to request an appointment as we were coming from out of town, and wanted to confirm the store had complete scooters available on site. Unfortunately, they did not have what we were looking for (thanks COVID-19) but offered great alternatives- custom completes! My 9 yr old son, and 2 of his friends joined us for the journey to Springfield.nnCome store visit day, Kim and team took excellent care of us! First, by meeting us a few hours before the store actually opened- a generous accommodation. Secondly, walked us through what type of scooter would be suitable for our individual needs. Offered additional services such as shortening the handle bars and switching out grips/wheels to each of our personal preferences right there in shop. Third, he threw in a few stickers for each of us. Kim gave us an estimated time for the adjustments work and we went off to lunch and returned about 40 mins later.nnThe team overall, went above and beyond! This was a very memorable trip and the boys are still on cloud 9! I myself bought a scooter and when I showed up at the skate park back at home, I got compliments immediately!! Thank you Soul Flow Scooters for your exceptional service! We will certainly share our experience and return for any future needs! :)

Have been going there for my boy's scooter needs. They guys there are very helpful, knowledgeable, and are willing to help us with all of our scooter needs. When they have repaired his scooter, the experience has been quick and they charge a fair price. Recommend this store for all who would like to get into scooters.

We had a great experience buying a scooter here for my son. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We are somewhat new to the sport—they helped steer us into the best scooter for him.
