I suggest going somewhere else. Walmart vision center was a waste of my money, the optometrist had little patience and seemed to want to get the exam over with. Pleasant personalities and smiles don't make up for lousy service.
I broke my glasses that I bought from here a few months ago, brought them in to see if the warranty was still good (it wasn't) but the kind lady working there tried to find new temples to put on so I wouldn't have to buy a whole new pair. We had a hard time finding temples that fit, but this sweet lady didn't give up until my glasses were wearable again. I've always had a great experience here. Thank you for going above beyond, and for the great, friendly service! Highly recommend.
Just moved here and was looking for somewhere to continue my eye care and needed some new contact lenses. Back home, I had to wait usually more than a week to get one. The doctor had a sample and I went home with one in my eye insteas of having to wear my glasses. He was kind, helpful and the service was great. Thank you so much.
She was the sweetest eye doctor I've ever seen! Appointment was quick! I can see! Lol highly reccomend!
The woman that gave me the eye exam was so lovely! She took her time, seemed to be very caring about each individual costumer. Kate (or Katie) helped me out after the exam and by far best customer service I've ever received. She went above and beyond her job to help and gave extra information. I'm so pleased with the experience I had to share!
