I ordered a pizza and wings about 5:30nYou guys said it would be here by 6:17nIt is now 7:20 and still not here.nYou really need to hire more drivers.nI usually get my pizza from you guysnAnd lately all the food is cold.nSorry but I need a reliable pizza place.nWill not order again from you guys.

They have been late the last two times I've ordered from them. My uncle has had the same experience. The positive is that the staff are kind, and the app has given me points for a free pizza. I hope they get the support they need.nA big thanks to Samuel, he was honest and I could tell he was working hard, he helped my experience be better

My family wanted food so i called and they would not pick up. I've spent well over 30 minutes waiting on them without ever talking to a person. I've picked up pizza from them before and their staff was great, sadly they seem not be fully supported, and I just can't rely on them to pick up the phone. I hope this changes, as I like their pan pizza a lot, and prefer it over their competitors. In fact, as I've been writing this I'm still on hold smh. I hope they figure it out.

I ordered delivery and it was not delivered until 2 hours after it was finished cooking and it was cold upon arrival. I’m not making a big deal because I love this dominoes it’s very convenient and I never have had this issue before. Plus who doesn’t like pizza in the microwave! From the other reviews it seems that the owner is trying very hard just to keep it open... I appreciate your effort to keep it open!

Zero stars would be more accurate. Ordered pizza at 2:30. It was done by 2:50. Didn’t get it till after 4 pm. Pizza was cold. I called the store, I was on the phone waiting for over 15 mins - no one answered so I hung up. And no dominos, a coupon will not make me come back to order again or make up for the situation. It’s not hard to answer a phone. If u don’t have enough drivers - don’t offer delivery
