Worst Jimmy John's, do not order from here unless you wish to wait 1 to 2 hours for your food to be delivered. The general manager John is a liar and very unprofessional person. I am still owed 2 refunds from this location. I contacted their corporate office but since it's privately owned they said someone would contact me. Has been weeks and no one has. I am to the point where I will just have to call my bank and dispute the charges.nThey have a tendency to lie to you about your orders. They say it will be there 4 min and 40 min later still not here and when you call, they always come up with new lies. John the GM gave me the store phone number as if it was his cell to text him my information for the refund, I confirmed by asking him if it received texts and he said yes. Well it didn't and of course I fell for it, he just wanted to get me off the phone. Even Rachel the manager said oh no that phone doesn't get messages!! The first time it happened I said okay maybe they were supper busy etc.. which is why it took almost 2 hours to get my food, so I gave them another chance and nope that is just their nature... Lesson learned for sure.nnSTAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! AND WARN OTHERS! I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS BUT WILL NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THAT LOCATION AGAIN.

Worst customer service ever!! I will never return to this location again!! Very rude and lazy worker!! I simply went in for a day old bread. First of all they charge more than other locations. Secondly, I was told to get my own. Then I asked if he could wrap the exposed end to which he gave me a piece of paper!! I had to go behind the counter to get my own stickers to close the paper! I will go out of my way to shop at the Avon location where they know how to treat customers!!

They made my sandwich wrong and when I brought it to their attention the manager treated me as though I had made the mistake. After getting a little upset, he grabbed the wrong sandwich, dumped the ingredients onto the unwich lettuce and gave it to me. The unwich part was right, but ingredients were still wrong! Very bad service.

Don't eat here if you don't want to pay for a cashier that doesn't listen, a sandwich that is ALL bread, and no help from corporate because it's privately owned. I didn't like Jimmy John's before, I was correct in my feelings. I'd like to add, not all Jimmy John's are like this! There is one in Merrillville, In that is amazing!
