They closed the pizza hut across the street from our shop. And now our pizza comes from this location. Best thing ever! Before the pizza was subpar and even though it was across the street, delivery times were terrible. Ordered from new location twice and the freshness and delivery speed were both amazing!

Order placed online for drive through pick up. Upon arrival at the time my order was to be ready, the drive through was backed up with 4 cars in front of me, and not moving. I went to the entrance of the restaurant to find it locked. I pressed the buzzer, and white worker with beard and long hair came to the door. He was NOT wearing any mask. He was rude, telling me to go through the drive window. He hastily went back into the restaurant when I told him my pick up time had expired, and retrieved my order. When I got home, about a 2 minute drive, my pizza was COLD and not what I ordered. What is going on with this unit? I have had previous problems with this one, and they are getting WORSE! Totally unacceptable!

I placed an order online for pickup. My order confirmation said my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrive about 25 minutes later. There is a sign outside that says to call for curbside pickup. I called the number on the sign and waited on hold for about 7 minutes. While on hold, I also tried to open the door to the Pizza Hut. The door was locked. I went back to my car and waited a few more minutes on hold. I then went to leave and noticed there was a drive thru window on the other side of the building. I pulled up to the window and there was a lady standing at the window, she didn’t ask my name or anything, she just looked at me. I told her I was picking up an online order. The lady said, “I haven’t even started it yet and there are 3 other orders in front of it.” By this time, it had been approx a little over 30 minutes since I placed the order, the confirmation said 15 minutes until ready. No apology was given by the employee. I told her to cancel the order. Not impressed.

Never disappointed with this location. Wes the manager is great and all about customer service and making his customers happy

Called for a delivery order in spite of recent unfavorable reviews. Service was professional and personable. Though they could not offer the coupon (with an expiration of more than a month in the future); they did there best to come up with a comparable price. Delivery was within 30 minutes. The driver (same person who took the phone order) explained that there had been a complete replacement of the previous staff. Will get future business.
