I ordered some pizzas around 5:00pm over the phone and I told them I wanted delivery and told them my address and it was cool until they never delivered it so I called them back an hour later to check and see if they still were going to deliver it & they said they stopped delivering at 6:00pm and they thought I was coming to pick it up but they already took my money off of my card and now I have to wait 5 business days for them to put my money back when they’re the ones who made the mistake in the first place. I want to know why would I say delivery and tell them my address if they thought I was going to go pick it up. Don’t spend your money here especially if it’s on a card. Wait until you actually get your food and then put your money in their hand because this place sucks.

I have a cold and used their online delivery service.. i ordered a pasta breadboard and they gave me a tin. They try to get me to pay the delivery fee (which is half the price) or drive to this location while I'm sick to make sure my order is messed up. Don't want a credit cuz I'm not gonna order from you guys anymore. Especially since the guy kept hanging up on me. I called back 9 times and hangs up everytime. Do your job correctly

I didn't like the app canceling my order and not telling me. Corporate needs to work on it, but my delivery driver was friendly and trying to relate to me by informing me he is in IT. Food was good, but most memorable part of this experience is my delivery driver. Thank you Broderick! Sorry I couldn't tip you more I'll get you more another day!

On sat 9/12/20 at 5:53 pm. Placed a order online store marked it complete even though never delivered. Called store some guy named David said otder was onway. So I opened my front door put phone on ring. No one ever showed up some or called. At 6:39pm some guy named Zack called said i knocked on your door and called yiu never answered my door wasn't closed and I had no missed call. Refused to deliver my pizza.
