This bill started out at $8 the next year went to $16 and this year went to $24. We have yet to see anything happen. You can't get answers from anybody. It does not appear that this address actually exist unless it's just a garage because Google cannot find it. And you can't even make an online payment to them, you have to do it on some other website that charges you.

ZERO STARS!!!! They never answer the phone & no ones ever there. I am on a well and I have never had to pay anything for my sewage/water and I got a past due bill for almost $70....

I honestly think this place should be investigated.

Compulsive liars who tell you one charge on the phone and then another when you show up to pay. The state attorney general office needs to be called on this bunch. There’s no excuse for how they treat people.

What the hell? Their price for monthly service DOUBLED in 2019?!?!? Who the hell approved this? And why am I paying this outfit when I already pay Citizens (Indianapolis Water Co.) for water service????
