Wow! These guys take minimizing wait times seriously! Everyone was friendly and I had my driver’s license replaced in less than 15 minutes from walking in the door. Well done.

Poor customer service. I visited the branch three times just to have my address changed. Each time I was reassured that every thing was taken care of. Yet still they keep sending my documents to my old address. I complained to the supervisor today and he said at that time the information wasn’t amended and he can’t do anything about it because he wasn’t the person that I dealt with before.Therefore, I had to pay to have the document resent to my present address. At no point in our conversation did he ever tried to apologize for the mediocre service that I received from his office. I think they need to focus more on resolving customers’ issues than rushing to get us out.
