Robb was our “Service Guru”. He was so very kind and generous with his knowledge. I asked him questions, he gave suggestions and I listened. Together we made the correct decisions. My couch is a 1920’s carved Walnut three cushion. It is an expensive brocade, with the flower pedals raised. Robb knew exactly what would be best. True to his word it was dried in four hours. Robb went above and beyond. Ask for Robb, because he knows his job.
Our carpet is 25 years old. A light cream color. Was definitely dirty. And now it looks brand new. We are very happy customers..
I was very pleased with the work by the Chem-Dry service agent Rob Frederick. He was very efficient with cleaning the Great Room and kitchen rugs and the sofa. He also gave us some good advice concerning shower maintenance.
My service tech did an amazing job! Really thought the carpet was beyond redemption. Even the realtor was stunned about the before and after look. Tech was friendly, polite, thoughtful, quick and on time. Extremely pleased.
