Ordered flowers from North Carolina and was very pleased with the price and how easy it was to order. I had previously tried to order from a different company but was having a lot of difficulty. Luckily Petal Pushers was night and day a better experience! Thank you!

Ordered online and this is the company sub contracted to. Order was very pathetic compared to the online pic and I even ordered the platinum version. The flower arrangement is even lopsided and the flower petals are already falling off. Manager was very unhelpful and somewhat rude when i called. I would never intentionally order from this place!

Great Company. The only reason i am not rating this company 5 star is because my online order was delivered about 6 to 7 hours after ordering and also, when i called to check up on the order; they were having difficulties locating my order. Pro Tip: always call to check in on your order few hours after ordering. However, my GF like the The bouquet she received.

The bouquet I ordered off of FTD was assembled and delivered through this company. I’ve never sent flowers to anyone, let alone to a different state and this was a fairly poor experience. I had gotten an irritated voicemail from their driver about no one answering the door and when I called the store to ask them about another delivery option the associate was irritated that I didn’t have the zip code on hand (I had called on the road on my way to work). I found the zip code quickly while she was on mute and quickly realized she was being very sarcastic and rude to a coworker about me asking for some help with my order. Then she was annoyed that I had accidentally put my phone number as the contact number and not the recipients (I had no idea how the process worked). Then it felt like she was rushing me off of the phone after that. I thought that I was very calm and polite about the situation and this caught me off guard so I’m beyond disappointed in their customer service. I gave two stars because overall, the package was delivered that day and it was similar to what I had ordered online.nnPro: You can expect the delivery to be made and the package to be decentnnCon: Customer service

Petal Pushers does a great job of making beautiful arrangements for funerals or just every day arrangements. Always call and ask them to make a designers choice. They won't disappoint.
