I want to thank Sarah and Dr Case for your help and kindness. I am sorry I forgot the name of other girl in front thank you too I will make this short story I'm from New York I have doctor there but I'm visiting brother in Illinois and for my brother who gets me back home he couldn't due to work he had to travel out of state so I am stuck here with no doctor to get my medicine so I made a lot of call illnois doctors then I went out of state started calling Indiana thank God for Sarah who said she could give me apt today at 230pm so off 2hour ride to see a doctor I was very happy for the help of Dr Case who cared enough to help me and Sarah who is he's asstisant I felt like I was going there all my life made me feel so comfortable and at ease with my situation So anyone that needs help in anything he offers go find a way and go he's a true doctor the people that work there are so nice helpful so go best doctor I'm from out of state just needed one apt and Sarah found a spot to put me in his very busy schedule so yes thank you again so very much bless this office the doctor and the people who work there I'm really disappointed that I won't be able to see them again for now however I am moving in 6months and I will be back please if you need help go to this office they treat you like a person not a number they give you time and they show you they care

Great place with great people, other places made me feel like trash because I'm on suboxone but not Dr.case and his staff they are very respectful.. I highly recommend the case clinic!!
