Dr. Brian Case, MD

He lied and cost my fiancee her disability money. She is not able to work at the moment but he said she was 100% ok. In the pocket of the insurance company IMO. Do not expect to be treated honestly... IMO. More suited to sell all the action figures and junk in his office on EBAY, than be a legit doctor. Good luck.

This is the most caring group of professionals I have encountered on my journey. Alot of Drs see $$$ signs when they look at their patients Dr.Case and his staff genuinely care about helping individuals on their road to recovery. I have always been welcomed and felt at ease at my visits. Dr.Case is a quite and somewhat shy man but do not misconstrue this for he is wonderful at what he does. Anyone suffering in addiction I highly recommend you ask for their help.

Dr Case and his staff are world class and they go way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure every single patient is taken care of 100%. This is a special place and anyone wondering where the best is the answer is Dr. Brian Case and his awesome staff.

Not reliable for doing workers comp paperwork. Had to drive there from KY for “final evaluation” - but after a hostile interview, alas the DR never submitted results.
