Comfortable, quiet, and drama free. Owner is a good man with a big heart who truly cares about each tenet and their needs. Place looks as little run down but the owner does his best to keep everyone on top of it. I'd give it 5 starts but due to an ongoing issue with a former friend that was one a close friend. I gave it 5 starts.
