Dr. Latisha was incredibly kind, witty, and knowledgeable. She knew the right stretches and had great advice for me when it came to proper training and staving off injuries.

Dr. Pollard-Williams had been wonderful. Whenever I have any issues with injury or pain, she gets me running again quickly, and she’s also an amazing run coach!

Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Latisha also sent a brief questionnaire to ask about any current or previous injuries as well as history with physical therapy. I thought the process was seamless and easy to manage.nnThe day of screening she arrived at the same time I did and we got started right away. She asked a bit more about my history with physical therapy as well as ask about what I described as my nagging issues. She then explained what we’d be doing in the screening and off we went.nnAs she went through the screening, she explained what she was doing and why. I felt like she was very competent and answered all of my questions as they arose during the screening.nnHer follow up was very detailed about where I need to improve and provided adequate information about my options regarding how we work together. I opted to do the 8 week strength training for runners program. I enjoyed our weekly sessions and the push she's provided to help me become a better runner.nnOverall, I feel very comfortable with Latisha and her ability to get me across the finish line and would highly recommend her services.

Before my session, I was really concerned that my flexibility was forever lost but in one session Latisha gave me hope and some things I can do at home to continue to strengthen. And when I left, I had less stiffness and a little more range of motion. She knows her stuff!!! ~Stephanie ~
