Had to hop on here and say something because I’ve always loved the Nora Jimmy Johns, but today was just wonderful!! Nothing out of the ordinary, just kind and cheerful customer service. The guys working here are awesome.
I ordered my sandwich at 11:21 and the driver didn’t arrive until 12:25 (mind you they’re less than a mile away from my job). The driver tried to pressure me into tipping him WHEN IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET MY FOOD TO MEnand then when I open the bag they didn’t even have everything that I ordered in the bag. I definitely will not be dealing with this location anymore.. smh !

Horribly inconsistent service. I work less than 1 mile from this location and frequently order for delivery. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes to arrive, which is incredibly amazing, but most of the time it takes about 1 hour to arrive. Definitely not “Freaky Fast” by any means
