Our pizza was burned and black when I got it home today. The young man who brought it out was extremely nice and polite so my issue is not with him. Disappointing.
Rude help.nThey have all these different kinds of crust, then tell you it's not available. No explanations. The person at the counter just walked away from me. Just really rude. They obviously don't care about me or my business. I think I'll go somewhere else.
It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to receive. Not delivery guys fault. After 20 minutes beyond when promised I called. Manager didn’t apologize or explain anything. Unacceptable in this COVID time. There are many other options. I paid over $40 for cold pizza and a incorrect salad.
The staff is amazing. The food is very good and consistent. Great service, always friendly.
Ordered Jet's tonight since they send us coupons all the time! The Detroit style pizza and cheese bread were both delicious. The restaurant contacted us to let us know they were running behind and gave us a discount. That level of customer service is awesome. Can't wait to order again!
