This location makes great sandwiches, but everytime I order a Cubano, they always exclude pickles from the sandwich. The Cubano comes with extra pickles... I'm sure it's an unintentional mistake, and I get it. It happens sometimes. And I really do understand because I also used to work at JJ, but it's kind of depressing ordering a sandwich for delivery on your lunch break and having to wait an additional 30+ minutes to wait for the correct order to be sent to you.
I've never had an issue with Jummy John's. I eat there almost everyday, because it's right next to my work. I order my sandwich online, and by the time I walk in the door, it's ready for pickup. The staff is really friendly too.
Always had excellent service and delivery with this location. Drivers are always friendly and prompt.
