When orders are placed online, provide accurate delivery estimates. Ensure that text message updates about deliveries are accurate. Ensure that delivery (from the time the pizza leaves the store until it reaches the customer house) does not take 45 minutes. Ensure that the food arrives hot. Honor the contactless delivery.

Get your communication system figured out. I was told at 6:30 my pizza order would be delivered at 7:20. I signed up for text tracking and follow the tracking online. I was texted at 7:10 telling me my order was out for delivery. This coincided with the web tracker. Now I understand it was a busy night for delivery orders in general. We waited and waited and it never came. At 8:00, I tried to call the store, A real person did not answer, it immediately went to the recorded advertisements. I tried 4 times total to call the store between 8 and 8:30 holding for as long as 6 min with no answer. After that I called the 800 number hoping they had a secret number they could call to get an answer for me. They did not and all they could is contact someone to let them know this was happening at that store. At that point my husband went to the store. While he was gone the order showed up. I asked the driver if my food had been riding around with him for an hour and a half. He said no he just picked it up and we were the first delivery plus they got slammed. My husband demanded compensation and was finally told he would get a refund. Needless to say the food was not as hot as it should be and was soaked through the boxes. One was cheese only the other was pepperoni with banana peppers. I have never had them sitting for so long in the store or car that the boxes were greasy all the way through. NOT a pleasant experience. I am watching for that refund.

My order was not exactly correct and the quality of the food was somewhat subpar. The pizza was supposed to be pan, and I was give hand tossed. It also was lacking extra sauce which I had requested. Additionally the dough was somewhat undercooked and seemed old (over proofed). Over all the pizza tasted fine but it was a bit doughy.

Made an order with the app from this location. The app first had an error so I tried changing my order to make a different order and that one went through. Delivery time expired over 55 minutes and I arrived to the location wondering where it was. They first said the driver had it and then said wait they had it and then it was two orders. I only wanted one. Moral of the story, do not order from the app or trust the location to know where your order is aside from a failed order that still went through. About $75 spent when I only needed one of the two orders. That excludes if they took the delivery tip out or not. I was not going to tip for waiting and then picking up my own food and the order being wrong. Very disappointed.

Not the best, not the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to. The best is by far in Fort Wayne or the one on 135 on the south side. But I’ve had some really gross and weird Pizza Hut experiences too namely when an employee one time tried to barter with me to trade food from the restaurant I was working at the time for pizza.nnAnyways this Pizza Hut was about average. They forgot stuff in our order tonight, the breadsticks. The cinnamon sticks also kind of tasted stale/old.nnThe wait was fine and reasonable, and the employees were as friendly as you could expect. I hope they don’t get too down by the 1 star ratings!!
