Ordered pizza and cinnamon twists. We were told our order would be ready in 15 minutes. Drove to 1045 Broad Ripple Ave to find it was closed and had moved to 7411 N Keystone. We drove there paid for our order. The pizza was good except one piece was burnt a little. Unfortunately they forgot the icing for our cinammon twist. I've always received good pizzas from this location. I suggest when people call in their order to tell them they have relocated. Always seem to be short staffed. If I was managing I'd let someone leave early when rush slows down.

While at work I ordered dinner for my unit. Finally after an hour and a half and the second phone call, they told me my order was delivered but after asking where, she got back on the line to tell me..... the wrong address. She offered to remake the order but it wouldn't have been delivered before we got too busy to eat it. I then cancelled my order. I understand things happen but how fo you deliver to the wrong business???? Just poor service.

I’ve ordered from this location for years (even though they did technically move locations). Always fantastic service. Carry out or delivery.

More like 2.5 stars! Understanding were in weird times during a pandemic! However a 90 minute delivery time was assessed to my one small gluten-free pizza with four items. When the app failed because apparently they didn’t receive my order, or the coupon that I wanted to apply. When I phoned and spoke to Alicia, she indicated that she could not honor any coupons because she would get in trouble from her manager Courtney. All she did was say she was sorry four times. We ended up having to go pick up our pizza because we have two children who need to eat. So, we’ll see what happens I may call the store manager and if I don’t get anywhere with that, I will call the company. So Friends be aware the app does not work very well! And if you call there’s not a whole lot they can do as far as discounts go. No discounts!
