I called just to confirm my appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. If you don't like your job or didn't receive unemployment benefits is certainly not my problem. Stay bless and have a good day.

I went early in the day, about an hour after they opened, and the wait was very short and the person I worked with to get a copy of a birth certificate for my son was extremely kind and helpful. It did not take long for me to be done and out the door.

Services That are really needed by the public they stop doing because they said the need for it was to high. That doesn't make sense me.
