I tried to find a dry cleaner that could add water repellent to my hooded jacket. Both drop off and pick up, the woman was very courteous. I found that not all dry cleaners will even add water repellent. I got it back in a timely manner. The jacket looks like it’s brand new And now has the water repellent that helps so much. Way to go!
We moved our dry cleaning last year from Tide Cleaners when they took over Meridian Heights Cleaners on Penn. It has been the best experience. Classic Cleaners takes very good care of our clothing and they often send coupons that are automatically applied to our orders. I love that! We also take advantage of their free delivery service and their driver, Ryan, has excellent communication. Once, I remembered too late to put my bag on our porch. Ryan offered to come back to pick it up! Since the stay-at-home order has been lifted, they now contact us the day before they arrive to remind us they are coming. I highly recommend this service.

I was impressed by the way my shirts had tissue in the sleeves. That is going the extra mile.nnMy suit had a little tag explaining that I was asking for the moon and stars on some stains and not able to.nnI got a little sticker shocked but was glad to see I earned a $5 discount on my next drop.
First time I used 'Wash & Fold' and I wish I would have done it a lot sooner! I was at the Nora Plaza location and I was impressed! Friendly service and great job with the laundry. I'll be back!!
