Good service and very friendly. The new online/text features from Tide are nice. Would recommend.nnOnly area for improvement is all the plastic wrap that is used now. Pre-Tide cleaners would just use the garment bag to house the dry cleaned clothes, now I get a half-recycling can full of plastic every week. Not the biggest of deals, just feels wasteful.
I have been a customer of this cleaner for over 5 years and for the most part been very happy. A few times I have had to go back and have them re-do as it appeared as if the garment had not been cleaned. Each time they have taken care of the issue. I have noticed that this has been happening more frequently since they transitioned over to Tide.
