I use this place weekly for my work clothes and am happy with the expediency and quality of their work. Besides, I like supporting a local business!
I have used this place off and on for several years. They only ruined 1 garment. Tonight, I brought my dry cleaning home and checked the work, and they have ruined an Anthropologie dress that was 178.00. The shoulder seams are pulled so badly, it's not even wearable. The dress shrunk and the lining is now sticking out of the bottom. And I cannot replace it.
Tells me ready by 1:30 and doesn't have it ready until 4pm...nGirl was talking like she was on drugs.nAll calm and mellow with no emotion.nnDidn't even get the blazer fully clean. Still hair on it.
