Everyone at J.C. Sipe is amazing! Not only were they incredibly friendly and helpful, but they did an EXCELLENT job working on our family heirloom ring. They are genuine miracle workers. It looks perfect, we love it, and the pricing on getting it done was great. It really felt like they wanted to help us and cared about us and what we wanted.nnIt's great to have such a great local and family owned business nearby, and we will be coming back again!

J.C. Sipe is a lovely jewelry store owned by a family of good people. Laura and Sam are both extremely knowledgeable about all things jewelry, as you would expect. What makes shopping at J.C. Sipe extra special is the personal touch. This is a family business, where you are treated like a special guest each time you walk through the door. Everything is personalized here. You will know right away that you are definitely not “just a number” to Laura and Sam. If your experience of jewelry stores is mainly in the big chains at the mall, you deserve to treat yourself to a visit to J.C. Sipe. It’s a great place for making memories.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had smashed my diamond wedding band and cracked the shank. The repaired it within two weeks and it looks as beautiful as it did 34 years ago. ud83dude0a

I have been an online customer with this jeweler, and I can honestly say I’ve received better customer service and continued communication than I’ve received from local jewelers. The response to my orders have been immediate and all shipping information is provided as soon as the orders are shipped. They let me know if what I ordered is in stock and if not, whether they can get it from the manufacturer. Sam has answered texts from me late on Sat night, and it’s always an immediate response. I wish Sipes had a location locally. You can just tell that they honestly care about their customers.

Fantastic selection of beautiful jewelry. I actually just used them, for the first time, for an appraisal on another piece of jewelry. The woman that helped us was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
