I was handed down a beautiful diamond ring that didn’t fit and wasn’t my style, so my mother-in-law and I brought it to Selena at Diamonds Direct. She was so helpful and courteous and helped us plan a new ring every step of the way. I’m so impressed with the design and I can’t wait for my new ring! Selena is so amazing and I can’t recommend her enough!
Cannot say enough good things about Diamonds Direct but especially our girl Jenny who helped us through every step of the way!! She was patient and not pushy at all! We ended up creating a custom ring together and I can't wait to see how it turned out!
Awesome experience with Diamonds Direct and a custom ring buying experience. Took advantage of their 5 years same as cash offering, which I highly recommend. Kalyn worked with me from start to finish providing CAD designs for my approval and helping me select the diamond. When part of the final product's coloring was slightly off, she worked to immediately have it corrected to my liking and had the ring back in my hand a week later. Moreover, I thought custom building a ring would be expensive--to the contrary, it was very much within my budget and not an issue for them from a design standpoint. Will be back in the future!
We shopped around Lafayette and Indy and decided on Diamonds Direct. We worked with Jenny and Rachel to custom make an engagement ring and wedding band. They were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Diamonds Direct and their team.
Kaylyn was so amazing and helpful! Husband upgraded my ring for anniversary and she really helped to get me what I want and make sure the design matched the original. Great customer service and checked in weekly.
