If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Excellent service! I’ve personally worked with Kent to create a custom diamond band out of diamonds that were passed down from family. He was extremely patient with me and brought my vision to life! The ring is even prettier than I imagined. His patience and attention to detail are unmatched. He has also helped me look at engagement rings, and he took the time to understand my style and show me the rings that best capture “me”. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I’ve received. I would recommend Kent (and Reis Nichols) to anyone in the market!!

I have nothing but positives to say about Matt SanFilippo (my salesperson) and Reis Nichols. I came to the store during the annual watch event and Matt was patient and helpful during my time spent there. The watch selection was enormous with prices for all tastes and ranges. I know I must have looked at 10 or so watches and he had helpful comments all along the way. I found just the watch I was looking for and I felt no pressure to upgrade or choose something more expensive. He even showed me watches that were notably cheaper than the one I was considering. He seemed honest and straightforward and one other different salesperson even chimed in to help me individualize my decision. My wife and I were satisfied enough to create a sense of customer loyalty. Thanks to Matt and Reis Nichols for a positive stress free experience.

My mother & I had a lovely experience at this jewelry store! From the moment we walked in we were greeted very warmly by the associates on the floor. Kit is an amazing employee who assisted us with our purchase and even went on to recommend a few pieces for future purchase. At no point did I feel uncomfortable which was such a pleasure!!!

My salesman, Matt San Filippo, was patient and listened to what I wanted and took the time to show me many different possibilities. He was knowledgeable about the jewelry and the experience was wonderful. I highly recommend Matt and Reis-Nichols. I am thrilled with my purchases and can not wait to return in the near future!

Reis Nichols is a one of a kind experience with a unique twist! Hannah and Cole are the most genuine and highly respectable individuals. They are the type to meet the customer where they are at after listening to their needs. They are super friendly with much positivity and confidently gave me feedback which made me comfortable to proceed. This approach allowed me to shop with no pressure but then they came to me when the time was right. Their honesty and humbleness make you feel at home and like you are shopping with your best friends!
