It's crazy to see all these posts about broken watches because that's what happened to me the other day. Brought in a 1000 dollar Movado watch to have the battery replaced. Watch was working perfectly and always has.nn15 minutes with my watch and they completely busted it. insides had to be replaced.nnthey had the part there but couldn't be bothered to do it right away. wanted to wait until after the weekend.nni took a working watch to a watch repair shop and left with the same watch half an hour later, but broken. really?!

This place is a gem!! They went above and beyond. I came in needing a battery changed on a watch them I asked the gentleman to remove the straps which he did and he provided me with the tool to install the new ones I had purchased. They have Face shields protecting the counter and I felt very comfortable waiting the few minutes to have my battery changed. Thanks again!

Took 2 watches for repair... They didn't even put Batteries in them but charged me for it. The earrings weren't fixed properly either. So I just Gave away $56 for what? Never again

Great customer service. What everyone else needed10 to 14 days to fix, Noel only needed 10 minutes. Our sister wife had been without her ring for a week and now she will get it back on Valentines Day!! Sweet!!
