I ordered a lovely plant to be delivered as a gift. If you're ordering online, call and check availability. The plant I originally selected was out of season, but they promptly called me and arranged a replacement. They sent a beautiful azalea plant, in a nice pot, with a cute butterfly decoration. The recipient was so delighted!
I paid $100 for designer choice, I could have walked in Kroger and got a better arrangement for $29 . I was shocked when my girlfriend sent a picture. I usually go to 1800Flowers but figured going straight to a local would be better since 1800Flowers was not getting a cut. Wrong , for the same price their arrangements are much larger!
I had forgotten to include the recipient's suite number so I called the store and Mikayla, who answered, was very sweet and helpful. She had reassured me that she would ensure the address would be corrected and was quick to confirm the expected latest delivery time. Thank you, Mikayla!
