Used Bokay for our wedding in October, and they WELL exceeded expectations!! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, the hardware and arrangements were perfect and exactly what we asked for. My bouquet a was the most talked about item of the entire wedding- it was STUNNING!! The staff worked so hard, and went above and beyond to make sure every petal was perfectly placed. I will never use another florist again!! Thank You Bokay!!
They were awesome! Somehow we were missing 2 Boutonnieres for a wedding party. I walked in the morning of the event and they didn't even question it. She looked at the picture of my daughter bouquet and said I remember filling her order and immediately went back and created 2 additional Boutonnieres. She was a life saver! So wish I would have gotten her name but I was in such a hurry!
Flowers were mildly wilted when they arrived. Delivery was sloppy and unannounced. Flowers were not the correct order (1 level down from what i ordered which looks like a fairly consistent complaint). 2 days later they are aggressively wilted and only 1 in 5 is still upright. Never had flowers from a florist last that short of a time.nOverall, they did deliver flowers, so Ill give them two stars, but it was not worth anything close to the $70 that I paid.
I love this place!! I stopped by Bokay about thirty minutes before closing on Tuesday. The woman that talked to me was very very sweet and helpful. I left everything up to her and she put together this beautiful bouquet for me! It even ended up matching this cute little balloon I had perfectly:-) I got lots of compliments on the flowers as I walked to my building from my car! The flowers keep getting prettier and prettier each day, and the person I gave them to loves them:') I will definitely be coming back here casually, and I can even see myself using Bokay at events in the future! We love local businesses!!
Bokay has done flowers for us for multiple occasions (wedding, baby shower, etc.). They are amazing to work with and are very creative! My wife and I love having a local flower shop that we love and trust. Thanks for helping make our occasions more beautiful and special!
