Pippin Dental & Braces

My daughter had an appointment 12/8/20 for 1:30 we got there at 1:14 filled out paperwork and did not get called back until 2:23. They are unorganized and all over the place. They do not answer their phones and they will make you want to get just as ghetto as they are!! My next appointment I will go to another location because the one on Keystone has piss poor service

Long post: I was at this location yesterday with my three children whom have being going here since they were little. They are 13,14, and 16 now. This staff has always been professional with my family and they make u and the child at ease, especially the front staff. Yesterday I was prepare to stay awhile because it was busy and my children needed cleaning and operators work completed and I had one who was in the Ortho side. They have never been rude each and every time I’ve been there. But yesterday was just crazy. A child—- CHILD, walked in looking for a sign up sheet on the Ortho side and said she needs to sign in. The lady I believe her name was Nette said don’t worry about it sweetie we don’t have those sign in sheets anymore. What’s your name? She gave her name and nette gave her Covid paperwork which I believe now is routine. A few minutes later her mom comes in snapping asking who got rife with her daughter? Wait, did I miss something?! No one was rude to her daughter. Nette handled it extremely professionals!! Newsflash- stop sending children in to do an adults job in the first place. Then right before lunch a grandmother brought her grandkids in and gave a note to the front staff, anika is her name. And as policy it has to be notarize if u want someone else to bring them or fill out paperwork in office. When grandma called the daughter she popped off and asked for the manager. Nika pointed to her manager and called him to the desk. Mom said she will be here by 11:15 to be seen. Ok fine. Mom showed up at 11:30, ready to go off talking about who was rude to my mom. Again did I miss something? No one was rude to her mother. She called her mom and her own MOM said no one was rude. She asked her kids they said nothing. She continued to cuss and storm out with vulgarities. Saying she don’t understand why she had to leave her house to come up here. They are YOUR children what the hell? I’m confused, how can ppl be so rude and disrespectful to people who are putting their lives in danger by coming in contact with many ppl a day and I want to be rude!!!! Get out of here!!! I applaud Nette and Nika for staying professional and not falling for the craziness!! This staff is amazing considering the bs some of you parents put them through on a daily!!!

I pray and that everyone in Indiana and across the nation will see this and stay clear of this place. I've paid for 3 set's of Braces in my life and I truly know how this process goes but never in my life have ever witnessed anything like this its been one year still no bottom braces for my daughter .One excuse after another on top of double payments and I've put a customer complaint in and no one has called me back yet . But take money from my bank account every month. Wow . please stay away I beg you

I had an unexpected emergency today. I got my braces placed Tuesday and woke up with a wire off this morning. Went as a walk in right before closing where Christin and Emily were more than willing to assist. They fixed the problem right away even though it was time for them to go home. Very compassionate about serving others and committing to what’s best for the patient. Thank you ladies!❤ufe0fud83dude2c
