What an amazing experience I had today. EVERYONE was extremely personable, professional and return cared for my we'll being. They even helped me with an issue I didn't even know was there. Dr. Singh, Luis, and Omran were very kind, patient, and helpful throughout my two visits I had with them.nnI originally went for an exam because one of my wisdom teeth started to cause me pain. I had to go back for a cleaning, 3 cavities filled, and all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I had a time blocked for an appointment that was originally two hours but it ended up being longer because one of my wisdom teeth was a tough one to get out and it had to be cut out. Dr. Singh and his team were very patient and courteous throughout the entire process and persevered until my last tooth was extracted. I appreciated the extra time and care they put with my procedure. What was really impressive was throughout the entire process they answered all my questions and put me at ease since I was really nervous. I didn't have a single question go unanswered.nnWhat makes them stand out from other dental practices is honestly their attention to detail to their customer service and patients.nnAnother thing that is great about them was after my first exam, one of the dental assistants/receptionist went to my dental seat and walked me through all the details of the billing and payments and helped me understand any questions I had. I've never had a dental office do that before! I've only encountered offices where they tell you what needs to get done and either they don't tell you the total estimate first until after the procedure or they tell you a total estimate with no price break down of each procedure. They actually presented me a piece of paper with each procedure detailing my total out of pocket costs, what insurance covered, and what my co-pay would be. This is highly valuable to me as a customer since I can budget and plan accordingly without a surprise unknown cost.nnIt was also very easy to schedule an appointment with them. When I called indicating my initial wisdom teeth pain, I was able to schedule an appointment the next day and get scheduled for my procedures the next week.nnFrom front staff to dental assistants/hygienist to doctor, the team is wonderful. They listen. They're kind. They're helpful. They're efficient. They educate. You can tell they value each patient and love what they do.nnNow a couple hours after my procedure and with some meds to help ease recovery, I can honesty say I don't feel bad at all and feel confident I'll have a speedy recovery.nnI'm definitely a new patient for life at 7 Days Family Dental - Keystone.nnThank you!! :) You guys are the best!

Have always been very nervous to go to the dentist. The hygienist Laura & Dr. Singh put me at ease explaining everything in detail and made me feel welcome with kindness/understanding no matter how bad I am at remembering to floss! I will be back! Thank you!!

I came here and got all my teeth taken out and got new one's and the dentist done a great job, no pain the care was amazing, so great that I have my oldest daughter going here to. I love 7 Day Family Dental.

From my very first visit, they created me a plan and they have delivered. Literally the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist office. They always take care of my needs and they have given me the chance to Smile with confidence again. Not to mention I won a holiday contest of $500!! I highly recommend this establishment. Great group of people doing what they do best. They also have the best front office crew ever!!!!!! Connie is the best!!!! I mean best !!!
