Concentra Urgent Care

The wait is super long and the lady at the front is super EXTRA. I will say the lady in the back I can’t emerge her name but she was so sweet and kind and made the way all worth it. Her customer service was excellent and natural.

I broke my nose at work, and all the nurses and doctor cared about was my drug and alcohol screening. I expressed symptoms of a headache, dizziness, and nausea, and those symptoms were not even acknowledged by the doctor as he sat in front of me. Then I was taken into a room to have an X-ray done and nobody in the building could actually tell me if my nose was broken or not. How are you going to have multiple doctors and not a single one can read an X-ray? I went to my primary care physician and confirmed I had a concussion. I was not even offered any type of medication by Concentra. This was the worst example of Malpractice I have seen in my short career of being an EMT. The only thing they cared about was my drug screening and getting me out of the building. Then on top of that, the message sent to my phone to asking me for a review wasn’t even my right name. Not a misspelling, completely the wrong name. Concentra does not care about you, do not waste your time and money on a organization who only sees you as a dollar sign.

The office staff was wonderful. Granted there was a wait, but they tried to move things as best they could. But it took over an hour to try and draw blood for 1 test and 5 people. Ridiculous!

Every one there from the Front Desk to The Nurses, Dr, and Pete in PT really seem to care about the patients.nI know it gets hectic but they are always friendly and warm.

The environment was clean and upkept. The staff and medical team were polite and professional. They took care of my medical needs. To all whom work there: Thank you for your service.
