Domino's Pizza

Why is it, that if I do not pick up my pizza myself, there is what feels like a 6 in 10 chance that I will not see my pizza? This has become such an issue that I've often recommended people opt for carry out rather than delivery.nnI understand getting busy, I also understand not having drivers, but there are certain levels of acceptability. Not receiving food I paid for at all and having to approach the store hours after the fact isn't within those levels.nnUpdate:nnSo, let me spin you a yarn friends. You order a pizza with over an hour before the store closes. They clearly accept your order, You get not a word from the store over the course of an hour. You think, its getting dangerously close to their closing time. So you decided to call them and see what could possibly be the hold up. Their tracker hasn't moved beyond having your order accepted. You're thinking, its just a simple back up of last minute orders. Well, that could be the case, but it's not like you'd ever know it.nnNo one picks up the phone. You wait on hold for several minutes (16 to be exact) before you hang up. So let me ask you friends, do you think this is a good productive use of your time? Or should you just order from somewhere else?nnYou guys have been doing good lately, I don't know what this hiccup was. But I'm definitely not happy about it. You know covid's got places closing early now, so i put my faith in you. Rather then telling me you couldn't do it you make me wait over and hour and close the store without saying anything. Pretty sad state of affairs.

Update- i have now ordered 4 times and received zero food from this location due to lack of staff. Ose this location down. Have ordered twice from this location and recieved no food. Ordered delivery and was told they had no drivers. Ordered carryout and was given an hour for a pickup time. When I arrived to pick up I was told my order had been cancelled. No phone call or email sent to inform me. Waited in line in their drive through for fifteen minutes bringing my total wait time to 75 minutes to be told they were cancelling my order and no reason given. Zero stars.

I was waiting for my food as of 8:09pm, the time now. The two items I ordered were in quality check at 7:12pm and have been sitting waiting for delivery since. My mother called once, and they said the driver was late but would be here soon. She called 30 minutes later since the app said it was still in quality check and the woman who answered the phone yelled at my mom asking what her problem was and if she wanted a refund. My mom was sensitive today, and it made her cry. As I type, they gave us a refund but haven't updated us on if our food is even still coming. Will never order here again.

Call to place a phone order. Was on hold for 5 minutes. Tgen they answered and said plz hold. 10 minutes later we pulled into drive thru window. Ordered food and salad. She didn't even ask what salad dressing I wanted. Hope I get a pizza without spit on it.

Great job domino’s. It was great to have your pizza for dinner! Your driver was so nice and the food tasted great!
