I'm very concerned with the extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. Particularly the women that answer the phones. They can't even greet you or give their name before addressing your concern. Worst experience, though it isn't really all that new in NM.
I'm a little concerned there is dishonesty for means to cover up wrong doing. I am sad and afraid of this community.
Everyone who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional won't do anything for you if you need to change the mailing address. Zero stars
