It was very warming to see my other family.

Worst transportation out there! My daughter always stands outside on our porch and runs to the end of the driveway when the bus gets here. However, since its been cold, we have been letting her stand inside and run out soon as we see the bus. This has been a huge issue for her driver who now says she has to be at the end of our driveway where it is unsafe because people fly down this road. On Monday, my daughter was outside for 10 minutes before we allowed her to come back in and wait for the bus. She starts standing out at 7:40... At 7:50 she came in. We watched from 7:50 to 8:00 for the bus. It never got here. I called the transportation office and her bus had broken down, there was a sub bus that got lost a few times and was still a far way away. Luckily my husband could take her to school that day but I had gotten no notice and my daughter could have been out there for well over 25 + minutes waiting on this bus. She is 9... she will be waiting inside from now on when its cold and if the bus driver or the monitor keeps saying stuff, This mommas gonna go off. Idiots are never on time and thats my child not theirs. They need to just do their job and get the kids to school safely not cause needless worry on a child cause it takes them 20 to 30 seconds if that to walk down the driveway.

Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone and then they are extremely rude

Why are the people who answer the phone so rude and so quick to talk over you? Stop rushing the bus drivers to pick up kids and get them dropped off. You don't give them enough time to do it safely. You also make it hard on parents when you give their child a bus stop that isn't safe for their young children. Please start thinking about the children when you make decisions and stop being so rude on the phone.

I have no problem with the bus drivers, but when I called this morning a Brenda answered the phone. I called because last year her old bus driver said we could ask to have the bus pick up closer because it was starting to get too cold. I told her how it's too cold and told her what the bus driver said last year and she just said that they dont do home pick ups anymore. And all I asked was as of when, and she just LAUGHED and said as of the beginning of this school year. I said okay thank you and hung up. I understand if policy has changed, but I just dont understand what was so funny about the question. Very rude and unprofessional.
