Kay's has made life very easy for my husband and myself. He shops at different times. Each year all 4 of our girls grt gifts. The jewelry is of good quality. The warranty is very good. They stand behind their work even up to total replacement. They have a great buy back program as well. Indianapolis Washington Street has the nicest employees and yhe store manager at that location is AWESOME.

Staff is very unprofessional and unpleasant and i will take my business to another location. The mgr there thinks its ok to treat their clientele like they are durt under a rug. Well thats not right and ok. I work retail myself and if i treated someone the way i was treated today i wouldnt have a job. I understand people have bad days, but you leave it at the door when u go to work. This store is by far the closest one to me but i will never go in their again. The ladies that were in there werent friendly and told me that there is nothing they could do for me, i called another store and bam im getting the problem resolved. They just want to stand around and chat and play on their phones verses work. Sorry if you wanna do that go to the back or go home or on break and not in front of customers.

I got my ring resized two weeks ago they said they would call me when my ring was done never called me said they “emailed me” I checked my email I never received an email about my ring needing to be picked up nor a call I had to call them to see if my ring was done they said it was I went to go pick it up on my lunch break and they won’t let me go in to get it I understand there is a pandemic but they could just let me sign the papers and leave I’m 30 minutes late because they won’t let me have my ring. I drove up to the store to get it I shouldn’t have to wait this long to get it.

My wife and I went to Kay to have her wedding ring repaired and cleaned. From entering the building to leaving, the staff was very friendly and professional. I appreciated the service so much, I went back to purchase Christmas gifts for my granddaughters.nMorgan's greetings was there as I entered the room. I explained to her what I wanted to get. She immediately showed me what I was looking for. She also suggested that I can get the gifts in their birthstone. The selection was great and the prices were in my budget. She explained the cleaning and warranty on all the items as she wrapped everything in boxes and Bags to look very festive and elegant. That type of service is what makes customers return for life. I also think she deserves a raise! Good work on a job well done Morgan!
