Love that they were family owned. But She couldnt help me unless he could and i wouldn't be on here saying otherwise because THEY was absolutely no help at all. He looked at my ring for 5 seconds and said he couldn't help me. He did suggest i take it back to the manufacture but that's was the whole reason i went to this place to avoid shipping it off for weeks anyway. SO NO HELP FOR ME GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE ELSE THATS GETS SERVICE THERE.

I was referred to this location by a friend who often speaks highly of this place. After going in to get price quotes; I returned a week later to drop off my necklace for a new clasp and O ring and I also needed my ring sized up. I met the owner and his beautiful wife and she answered every question and showed us several affordable pieces in my price range. Today, I picked up my ring and was literally speechless with how BEAUTIFUL my ring was. The owner had taken the time to clean my ring which I was NOT expecting. The ring was so shiny and the stones were blinging, I didn’t know the ring could look better. I was HIGHLY impressed with the service, fast, professional and more than what I expected. Thank you so much for taking good care of my graduation present from my mom. And thank you for going the EXTRA step and cleaning it for me. It’s absolutely beautiful, I’m still in AWE tonight hours after picking it up. I am a forever customer and my mom will be in soon to get hers sized and cleaned. Thank you!!!!!❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

I am so incredibly pleased with their work, knowledge, and the kindness of the staff. I had to have prongs added to my wedding ring and it looks better than it did when I got it!! Will be taking all of my future jewelry here!!

I wanted to have my engagement ring reset into a new setting. Brought in a picture of what I wanted. We were told what could be done with my stone and the ring came out perfectly. Took my solitaire style ring and turned it into a vintage engagement ring. I am still in love with this ring. Great service every time I go there.

I had them re-size my wedding rings and change a watch battery. The rings feel better and they look fabulous! They did a great job and the rings are now soldered together better than they were before from the place I originally purchased them. They always provide great friendly service.
