Rex the store manager, was a great salesman. He listened to our needs and found us exactly what we needed. Gave us a great deal. I highly recommend MATTRESS FIRM, IN CHERRY TREE STRIP MALL.
I walked in 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and was surprised that I was greeted graciously and I was not rushed to leave. The salesman was extremely helpful and did not hassle me to sell me the most expensive mattress, which surprised me. He also let me know about current as well as upcoming sales. The store was clean and neat.
Salesman was very helpful and honest. I was impressed that when we came into the store salesman was cleaning baseboards. Most people don’t care about their company, let alone how clean it is for customers. Mattresses are expensive but I felt like we got a fair price.
Agent Jianming Chen and Agent David Packer were both very knowledgeable and patient with me, while I considered which mattress to select. I only went in to buy pillows, but with the deal I was offered, it was a wise investment although money was tight at the time. Considering the time and money spent to get rid of my old mattress the ethical way, and then struggling to carry a queen mattress up and around stairs by myself, the delivery service for an additional fee was more than worth the price. The delivery persons were in and out, setting the new mattress up and removing the old very quickly. Best wishes for all of these people, Thank You.nnJason
