Dawes Fretzin Dermatology Group

I made an appointment with the office in November 2019, they advised their next available appointment was in February 2020. Made the appointment and reception requested information so that I would receive a call, text, and email reminder closer to the appointment date. Called in February, they advised that my appointment was the day prior and when I questioned why I didn’t get any notification they confirmed all my contact info and couldn’t provide a valid reason why they didn’t follow through with notification. Reception offered me the next available date in May 2020. Would not recommend this office.

I have had a great experience with this dermatology group. I have dealt with acne since I was in elementary school and it got worse the older I got. I've spent a lot of money going to estheticians when I wish I would've went to see a dermatologist from the very beginning. My face looks so much better, the acne is gone and my face is smooth. I'm so happy! I highly recommend this dermatology group.

Love the doctors. However, I called to get my son an appointment and they can't get him in till Mid August. I've been a patient there for a few years but yet can't get him in for over a month and a half. It would be one thing if he didn't have something on his back that needs seen. I'm very disappointed and aggravated. Now looking for a new dermatologist for the whole family.
