Parking lot is in reasonable shape and the landscaping is okay -- although the one big tree blocks the view of the primary signage by the road so that you can barely even see it is there, let alone read anything on that sign. In addition, the signage on most of the retail spaces is so plain, that it appears to the casual observer that most of the strip is vacant, until you take the time to read the names and phone numbers on the signs to see that they are actual business in those spaces.
