I recently transferred from another rehab facility due to lack of care and horrible conditions. I can't be any happier here at Pyramid Point. The Staff is wonderful and finally getting the care and medication the doctor ordered. The rehab team is awesome!!!

OMG!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! !!!THE VIDEO ON THEIR WEBSITE IS TOTALLY FAKE!! THE RESIDENT'S ROOMS ARE NOTHING LIKE THAT!! THE PLACE IS FILTHY!! I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE ALLOWED TO EVEN STAY IN BUSINESS!! I SAW A DIRTY LUNCH TRAY SITTING ON TOP OF A CLEAN LINEN CART AND IT WAS DINNER TIME!! HARDLY ANY GLOVES IN THE ROOMS, DIRTY LINEN, TRASH CARTS SITTING IN THE HALLS FULL FROM THE SHIFT BEFORE!! NO PADS OF ANY KIND ON BEDS!! THEY PILE UP BLANKETS AND SHEETS UNDERNEATH THE RESIDENTS INSTEAD!! I EVEN SAW SOMEONE ROLL A COPY/FAX MACHINE AND PLUGGED IT UP N THE HALLWAY!! 1 RESIDENT SAT WITH A DINNER TRAY IN FRONT OF 4 45 MINUTES BEFORE SOME 1 HAD TIME 2 EVEN FEED HER!! NEVER ENOUGH HELP RUNNING A WHOLE UNIT WITH ONLY TWO NURSING ASSISTANTS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I REALLY FELT SORRY FOR ALL THAT HAVE 2 LIVE HRRE!! DISGUSTING!!ud83dude21ud83dude21

So sad in this place. Workers runnin around in white tanks with scrub pants on?? Looks dirty. So sad. Dont let the outside looks fool you. Or the video. Wow. Just wow. Why is this place not checked on?!!
