Since my right knee is bone on bone, it's still present but what Aaron has taught me has made it easier to walk, to get up and down, endure longer walking distances. I still have pain, but it's reduced, as I have strengthened my leg muscles to ease knee's load. Highly recommend.

What a staff! A family member, was in dire straights, with limited mobility and limited strength. After, meeting with Aaron and discussing what the concerns and what is needed.
