Always great quality pizza and extremely friendly service. Jets is one of my top 3 favorite pizzas and I'm not really a deep dish guy, but their deep dish is game changing!

Awful customer service! We ordered a pizza without bacon and it came with bacon. I called to either get it replaced or a refund and they would not provide either. Just half a refund or we could pay for half the price for a new one. I get that people can pick things off if they don’t like it but our friend is a Jew and cannot eat bacon! They refused to do anything. We will NOT being ordering from than anymore. The owner is supposed to call me tomorrow and hopefully will treat us better than Cole. Cole was rude and refused to do anything for us.

Tried to practice social distancing by ordering online and selecting contact less carryout. Website wouldn't take my coupon.nnI call to order and sit on hold 10 minutes before I submit my order on the phone. Employee says coupon in invalid and I have to bring it in. Gives me a 20 minute estimate.nnI show up in 20 minutes to find my pizza is not done and is another 15 minutes. I just wanted to treat my family to some quality pizza and it's just a headache. Pizza is fine but this is not how using a coupon code should work. Not planning on returning, I always have problems here.

This particular Jet’s Pizza gave me what I would have to call the perfect order. I asked for three extra items and got them all. My honey barbecue boneless wings were out of this world good. The pizza was perfect. I highly recommend this Jet’s pizza. It is better than any other one I’ve ever ordered from.
