I would give them a zero. They had me waiting an hour and a half for a order they never even started to make even tho the app said it was being prepared just for me to call to see why it had not been delivered and they tell me that the worker canceled the order because it was a long delivery time and it would have been better for me to pick it up. How are you gone tell me what’s better for me. Customer service is so horrible and just honestly trash. You had me waiting an hour and a half for nothing then informed me he would make it now if I come pick it up. Just so unprofessional.

Love it. Eat like cracker. Ordered the 2nd time, and still love itnI think it has to do with the thin crust. The place is clean, and people are nice.

I'm in the middle with this one. When I usually go here, service is good but the pizza be almost tasteless. However, I ordered online yesterday and went up there and there were two gentleman enjoying music and getting orders out. They must've been having a bomb night cause the pizza in all aspects was fiery goodness. They had me looking for a survey to fill out n all. If it wasn't for them I'd say 2 stars but they threw down!

I called and asked to speak to a manager and no one would put her on the phone.i knew it was a her because I ordered online and the person that it said was making my pizza was Elezus after I told the girl that got on the phone my complaint I ordered two pizzas one looked like it was attempted to have gotten cut the other I immediately see that it was super greasy and burnt crust along the edges all around the pizza and it also was not cut correctly it looks as if it was cut into fours.I asked if another could be brought out they told me I could bring it back I tell them I had delivery for a reason and if I bring it back are you going to give me a refund they said no refund but they could give me a credit or make my pizza over.I said if I have to bring it back I want another pizza done over and a refund for the inconvenience. I was told the manager said no refund that was my only option I then said let me speak to her then they put me on hold for 12 minutes I hung up.i order a few days ago and had no problems the crew working right now are not customer service oriented.they told me the manager is who made my pizza and she said wasn’t nothing wrong with it.obviously she didn’t inspect it like the app tells me is happening.i wish I read the reviews it’s clearly a hit or miss with this location

I am a regular customer here because this is the only pizza place that delivers to my house. But here lately every time I try to make an order on Domino's app I always get a phone call saying that they cannot deliver my order or they have to cancel my order because they have no drivers this is really getting annoying I've called corporate multiple times no one has ever contacted me.
