I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Domino's is our FAVORITE so we have looked past sooo many issues but I've had enough.nnPandemic brought on serious patience and understanding when ordering but 9 months in....n-staff are not wearing maskn- watched the manager take a complaint only to tell them it was there fault for trusting the timing on an appn- employee took my pizza out of the oven after using the phone, taking a person's payment, without washing hands or wearing his mask properly.nnI will be reaching out to the health department and the corporate office! I worked at Domino's as a teen so I know it should be a pretty well oiled machine and I know what it takes to give decent customer service and quality work.
Very nice people. Everyone has always been polite and professional on the phone and during delivery. My last 3 orders have taken extraordinarily long. Over an hour after the oder was placed before the pizza went to the oven. And one was burned. I would not be opposed to 2 medium pizzas and a 2 liter (Coke) on Domino's. ud83dude01
I work at U.S. Express which is 2.7 miles away and they said to one of our customers that they don't deliver here. I tried to call to talk to a manager and I waited for 11 minutes. What a joke this place is.nnI appreciate the offer but it’s 2 years too late
The absolute worst delivery experience I have ever had in my life. We ordered pizzas at 6:45 pm...my family is just now eating at 9:10pm. At 8:10 we received a phone call from the manager casually telling us that the delivery order cannot be fulfilled and that we can either cancel or pick it up. We go and pick up the pizzas 20 minutes later and the pizzas are NOT THERE!!!! Simultaneously we get a call from our child saying that the pizza man is at the DOOR!!! He says that there is a balance that needs to be paid because if not the money will have to come out of his check!!! We had already paid online...currently on the phone trying to make sure this guy isn't cheated out of his check because of the managers poor managerial skills....been on the phone for 25 minutes now. No answer yet. Please don't order from this location. They never have delivery drivers or there is always some type of silly issue.
My experience was terrible. I usually don't order from Dominos. I thought I would give them a try. I was starving. I ordered 2 sandwiches online to be delivered at 8:51 pm. At 9:15 someone called to tell me that they didn't have any drivers to deliver my order. Needless to say I was very disappointed and hungry! I won't be using them again!
