Pike Township Trustee

I cannot speak highly enough about my encounter with the staff of this office. I was greeted by phone and in person with the utmost respect and provided with world class customer service. I was provided with more than just the opportunity to apply for assistance, but also provided with a sympathetic and understanding ear, and further resources and knowledge beyond what I had tried to find on my own. Weather approved or denied assistance, I can only say very positive things about the staff of this office, and their demeanor. The office was ran very efficiently and the appearance was very nice. You all are the greatest I have met in a long time and again, I thank you all again for your professionalism and commitment to our community.

The West Washington Trustees office by the fire station turns me down everytime....they olny help VETERANS and WOMEN that have CHILDREN. They don't help regular working people, who need a little help when things are down. You are punished and looked down on if you have a job and told stop being lazy and given a full screening beacuse they think your hiding something. The reception is rude and the office staff is horrible. They act like they are better than you and that they're doing you a favor when you're the one that need a little help and we pay taxes TOO. They also schedule your appointments in the middle of the day when you have to work so you will miss it..Thanks for nothing you guys are useless just shutdown turn your back on hard working Americans. One day you will need help and your family's too will know how it feels to be turned away.

Pointless to apply for assistance. Had a decrease in my hours at work so to severe back pain. The trustee office denied me before my back doctor even submitted the needed paperwork to show I had an operation done. The Trustee office said they denied me because I have a suspended D.L. which has nothing to do with anything.

I have been there before and they are ok. But I have a job where I get off after they close. I called them for an hour and no one answers the phone ever. I mean what's the point of having a number. I have left numerous messages and still no answer back. Useless.

Can take ever to have a response it's insane
