Great customer service! Scheduling is so super easy! This is the ONLY company I chose to use for cleaning our carpets and flooring. The guys who came to the house were on-time, professional, and got the job done!

We used them to dry our bamboo and carpet after a water leak. Once we had all of the repairs done, they came back out to clean the carpet. Chris was AMAZING through the entire process. He was extremely responsive and pleasurable to work with.

I have used Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning twice and would highly recommend them. The first time I used their services was for water remediation. Both my builder and real estate agent recommended Langenwalter and I am glad they did. They showed up promptly and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. They were professional and got the job done effectively and efficiently. They checked in with me daily and worked with the insurance company for payment. They worked long hours late into the night and were professional throughout.nnAfter my first positive experience with this company, I reached out to them again when I needed my carpet cleaned and pad replaced. This was a much smaller job in scope, but, once again they were upfront with pricing, professional and got the job done quickly. They got several stains out of my carpet - it looks great!nnI have recommended their services to friends, family and to those in the neighborhood on the nextdoor app. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I have used Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning for over 14 years. I first found out about them when I had a [poor] kitty with stomach cancer. Unfortunately, my kitty vomited blood all over my basement carpet. It seriously looked like a crime scene. I called many carpet cleaning companies and none of them would even come to attempt to clean it. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet in my entire basement. Then soon after, I saw a Langenwalter truck driving down the road and I called them. They arrived the next day and after our technician, Chris, left, you'd never be able to tell that we had an issue on our carpet.nnWith three kids, two dogs and three cats in our house, I have Langenwalter out just about every six months. They make my grimy, light colored carpet look like new!!! And, I love that if I find a spot that didn't come out when they cleaned, they will come out and fix it with no questions asked. And, I've used the same technician every time. He's on time, he's professional and he's respectful of our furniture and furnishings as he's moving around the house with the equipment. I don't know if you can tell but I am a walking billboard for Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning!
