This company came in and cleaned my home right after I lost my best friend in the home, the man who cleaned my couch Allen found one of my best friends socks in the couch and got rid of it before I could have a second thought, this listened to me cry, Chester was very polite and Jim the owner God Bless them All!!! Jim has showed so much compassion reaching out to me to make sure I am okay. This company is the best! Stephanie Anthony and Shawn are great too!!!!! Great people we are blessed to have this company. They were my angels. I will never go or use anyone else!!!
They cleaned our 25 year old wood floors that really needed refinished and stained, but they cleaned and polished the floors instead...making them look brand new. Breanna, is very professional and Allen did amazing, very detailed work. These people are honest and they do an amazing job. They actually care and that's not the norm these days. Hands down, they are the only people we would use.
Be advised that they charge $150 for completing estimates if you don’t accept their estimates. That’s super shady. Can’t recommend a company that operates like that.
Breana was so sweet, when I heard her cheery voice I knew I was going with COIT. The first man I spoke to made me feel rushed and unimportant, I almost hung up, I'm glad I didn't. Anthony was so friendly and wore his mask the entire time and his payment was well deserved & earned. My husband and I own our company & would love to employees as kind and honest and caring as Breana & Anthony. I will use COIT again in future.
COIT did an excellent job with our demo and mold remediation! Their staff was very professional! We will be using them for our current remodel as well as future room remodels. I highly recommend.
